Is the preview really free?

Yes. No card and no deposit: we build a site concept for your business and send you the link within 1 business day. If it isn’t right for you, you walk away and owe nothing.

Why is there a $499 go-live fee?

It pays for the design, the writing on every page, 4 starter articles, SEO setup, your domain and your Google Business Profile. It is charged once, only after you have approved a site that already exists.

Why does it cost less than an agency?

Every TradeDraft site runs on one platform we built and look after, so hosting, forms, spam filtering and SEO setup are already done. Your fee goes on the design and writing for your business.

What does the monthly fee include?

Every plan includes hosting, SSL, analytics, support and small changes with no monthly cap. Growth adds more service area pages, automatic replies and follow-ups, 4 article drafts a month, a monthly report, a media kit and newsletters. Google profile automations are coming soon. Prices exclude GST.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Pay monthly, or pay a year up front and save 15%. Cancel renewal before your next billing date and your site stays live until the period you have paid for ends.

What happens if I cancel?

Your site stays live until the end of your billing period, then goes offline. We export your pages, articles and photos if you want to take them elsewhere.
