Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026
Ramp Up App Pty Ltd trading as TradeDraft (ABN 31 686 434 891) (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the TradeDraft website platform. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly:
- Name, email address, phone number, and business details when you submit a demo request or sign up
- Billing information processed securely by Stripe (we do not store card numbers)
- Content you upload to your website (text, images, business information)
- Support requests and communications with our team
- Enquiries, subscriber details and other information submitted through a client website or supplied by that client for us to manage
We collect information automatically:
- IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited via analytics
- Cookies and browser storage for site functionality and analytics (see Section 7)
2. How we use your information
- To build, host, and manage your website
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To send service-related emails (welcome, billing, support)
- To improve our platform and services
- To respond to your enquiries and support requests
- To deliver website enquiries to the relevant business and operate its requested subscriber and communication features
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. How we share your information
We use service providers to operate the platform. The providers involved depend on the features used:
- Vercel — website hosting and edge delivery
- Supabase — database hosting
- Stripe — payment processing
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Google — reCAPTCHA (spam prevention), Analytics, Maps
- PostHog — product analytics
- Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Vertex AI and Amazon Bedrock — AI-assisted drafting, content review and image processing, depending on the service configured
- fal.ai — image generation and editing where those features are used
AI tools may process business information, text, images and reference material used to build or maintain a site. That material can contain personal information, such as names in testimonials or people shown in photos. AI-generated material can be inaccurate; clients should check drafts submitted for their approval.
On our trades plans, client business details shown on their website (such as business name, phone number, service suburbs, hours and licence details) are also published in the TradeDraft Directory unless the client turns their listing off in their dashboard. See section 5a of our Terms of Service.
When you enquire through a client website, your enquiry is shared with that business so it can respond. Its own privacy policy also applies to how it handles your information.
Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data protection obligations.
4. Data storage and security
Our providers may store or process personal information in Australia and overseas, including the United States and Singapore, and locations in Europe and Asia. The locations depend on the provider, feature and service configuration. Hosting a database in one region does not keep all support, analytics, email or AI processing in that region. We do not promise Australia-only storage or processing.
We use security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encrypted database connections, and role-based access controls.
5. Your rights
You can contact us to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of personal information; we assess requests against applicable law and our retention obligations
- Raise a privacy concern or complaint
To exercise these rights, contact us at enquiries@tradedraft.com.au.
Please describe your concern and the information involved. We may need to verify your identity before providing access or making changes. We will investigate and respond, including explaining any request we cannot fulfil. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
6. Data retention
We retain your data for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period after cancellation to fulfil legal and accounting obligations. Website content is exportable at any time via your admin panel or by request.
7. Cookies and browser storage
We use cookies and similar browser storage for:
- Essential cookies — required for site functionality and authentication
- Analytics — to understand how visitors use our platform and websites (PostHog and, where configured, Google Analytics)
You can manage cookies and stored site data through your browser settings. Where a website provides a cookie-preference control, you can also use that control. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or other features from working.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
