The gaps

A legal problem rarely starts in office hours.

Where a person with a contract, a will or a dispute goes when your firm is hard to reach.

  • The contract at 8pm

A contract of sale lands in their inbox at 8pm. They want a conveyancer before the weekend, and the site says to call between 9 and 5.

  • A message at reception

Someone rings about a will while you are in a settlement meeting. Reception takes a message, the call-back slips to Thursday, and they have found another firm.

  • Two big firms and a directory

Someone types "wills lawyer Ballarat" and gets two large firms and a directory. With no page for that work in that town, Google has nothing of the firm's to show.

  • No names to check

People want to know which solicitor they will deal with and that they hold a practising certificate. A homepage with one phone number and no names doesn't tell them.

What's included

What a new client sees before they ring the firm.

The work you handle, the solicitor they would deal with, then a call, an enquiry or a first appointment.

Book a first appointment
Someone with a contract in hand presses it tonight and picks a time on the firm's Calendly page or other booking page. Appointments stay in the firm's own system.
A form built for conflict checks
A call button on every page, and a short form that asks only for a name, a number and the kind of matter, so you can run your conflict check before anyone shares details. Spam is blocked on the way to your phone.
A page for each practice area
Conveyancing, wills and estates, family law, employment and commercial work. Each page is general information about the work and what a first appointment covers, with no outcome promised.
A profile for each solicitor
Each lawyer gets a profile on your team page with their photo, admission year and jurisdiction, and practice areas. Accredited specialists are described that way only where the accreditation exists.
Ballarat and the towns around it
Up to 3 suburb pages (8 on Growth), tied to your Google Business Profile, for searches like "conveyancer Ballarat".
Your first appointment, stated plainly
If the first appointment is free or fixed-fee, the button and form say so. If it isn't, the site says how you charge, so a nervous first-time caller knows before they book.

FAQ

Questions lawyers ask.

Will the site bring in matters?

We won't promise matters, a ranking or fee income, and the site won't promise outcomes to clients either. It sets up the route from a contract at 8pm to a first appointment, and every enquiry comes to you.

What about legal advertising rules?

We don't write outcome promises or call anyone a specialist without accreditation, and we don't add client reviews or testimonials. You approve every page before it goes live, and your professional obligations stay with you.

Do you hold the appointment diary?

No. Book a first appointment opens the booking page the firm already uses, such as Calendly, and it sends its usual confirmation. Without one, the button opens your enquiry form and someone rings back to set a time.

Can I show solicitor profiles with admission details?

Yes. Each lawyer gets a profile on your team page with a photo, admission year and jurisdiction, practice areas, education and Law Society membership.

Is the firm tied in?

No. It's month to month with no lock-in, so a slow run of settlements never leaves the firm paying for a year it doesn't want. If the firm leaves, the site stays live until the end of the paid period.

Who receives the enquiries, and do you charge per matter?

The firm does, and only the firm, from a 9pm wills enquiry to a contract of sale sent before the weekend. No fee per enquiry, per appointment or per matter. Plans are a flat monthly price.

Will my site rank on Google?

Nobody can promise a ranking. We set up what Google reads: structured data, your Google Business Profile, practice area and suburb pages, and 4 starter articles at launch. On Growth, 4 article drafts arrive every month.

How much does it cost?

A $499 go-live fee, charged once after you approve your site, then $149 + GST per month on Standard or $199 + GST per month on Growth. Hosting, SSL, support and small changes are included.

How quickly can my site be live?

Within 5 business days of you approving the design.
