Questions beauty salons ask.
Do I need a booking app first?
No. Your site can show a call button and an enquiry form. You confirm each appointment yourself. The form does not reserve a time, take deposits or send booking reminders.
Can you promise my Tuesday afternoons will get busier?
We do not promise bookings, a Google ranking or income. You can test the call button and enquiry form on your preview. You confirm each appointment yourself. If you have a booking page, we can link to it.
Do you need my Fresha or Timely login?
No. We only need the public link to your booking page, the one you would text a client who asks how to book with you. Deposits and reminders stay with your provider. Kitomba, Shortcuts, Square and Booksy work the same way.
Whose bookings are they, and do you take a fee on each one?
They are yours. Every booking and enquiry goes to you and only you, and there is no fee per booking or per enquiry, because the plan is one flat monthly price. If you use a booking provider, deposits stay with that provider. The site enquiry form does not take payment.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. You pay month to month, with no lock-in. If you leave on the 10th, your site stays live to the last day you paid for, and we export your pages and photos for you.
I rent chairs to other stylists. Do they need their own plan?
No. One site covers your salon, and each renter can have a profile on your team page with a photo, their speciality and a short bio. Requests come to the salon. If you use a booking page, one link opens it; separate sites for renters are not something we offer today.
My book is full for six weeks. Is this for me?
Not this month, and we would rather tell you so straight. It earns its keep for a salon with gaps, a renter still building a book, or a treatment you want more of, such as brow lamination or spray tans. Save the link for the week 3 cancellations land before 9am.
Will my site rank on Google?
Nobody can promise a ranking. We set up what Google reads: structured data, your Google Business Profile, service and suburb pages, and 4 starter articles at launch. On Growth, 4 article drafts arrive every month.
How much does it cost?
A $499 go-live fee, charged once after you approve your site, then $149 + GST per month on Standard or $199 + GST per month on Growth. Hosting, SSL, support and small changes are included.
How quickly can my site be live?
