FAQ
Questions yoga studios ask.
Do I need a booking app first?
No. Your site can show a call button and an enquiry form. You confirm each appointment yourself. The form does not reserve a time, take deposits or send booking reminders.
Will more students come through the door?
We can't promise that, or a number of students, a ranking or income. Every enquiry comes to the studio, and every booking sits in your own schedule where you can see it.
Our schedule lives in Mindbody. Does it move?
You do not need a booking app. Calls and enquiry requests come to you, and you confirm the time. If you already use a booking app, we can link to its public page. Your records, payments and reminders stay there; we never need your login.
Do I need a website if my booking app has a profile page?
Yes. A booking app profile lists times, but it can't explain your style, your teachers or what a beginner should expect. Google also needs a site with your suburb on it to show you for local searches.
Most of our classes are full. Is it worth it?
Maybe later. It suits a studio with a class that has room, such as a noon class, or a workshop it wants people to find. Launching a teacher training is a good moment.
Is there a minimum term?
No minimum. It runs month to month; leave, and the site stays live to the end of what you have paid for.
Do you charge per student or per enquiry?
No. Enquiries go to the studio alone, and the only charge is the flat monthly plan, with nothing per enquiry or per booking.
Will my site rank on Google?
Nobody can promise a ranking. We set up structured data, your Google Business Profile, 3 suburb pages (up to 8 on Growth) and 4 starter articles. On Growth, 4 article drafts arrive every month.
How much does it cost?
A $499 go-live fee, charged once after you approve your site, then $149 + GST per month on Standard or $199 + GST per month on Growth. Hosting, SSL, support and small changes are included.
