FAQ
Questions personal trainers ask.
Do I need a booking app first?
No. Your site can show a call button and an enquiry form. You confirm each appointment yourself. The form does not reserve a time, take deposits or send booking reminders.
Will I get new clients from this?
We don't promise clients, sessions or income. You see every enquiry the site sends, and every booking lands in your own system, so you can tell what it brings.
My clients book on Mindbody. Does that change?
You do not need a booking app. Calls and enquiry requests come to you, and you confirm the time. If you already use a booking app, we can link to its public page. Your records, payments and reminders stay there; we never need your login.
Can I list my programs and packages?
Yes. Each program gets its own page with what is included, the price and a button to book or enquire. There is no online checkout; payment stays with your booking system.
My diary runs 5am to 7pm. Do I need this?
Not today. It suits a trainer with slots they want booked, or a small-group program people can't find. When a regular moves away, it's worth a look.
Am I tied in?
No. You pay month to month, and if you stop, the site stays live until your paid period runs out.
Do you take a fee for each client I sign?
Nothing per client, per enquiry or per booking. Your plan is one flat monthly amount, and every enquiry comes to you only.
Will my site rank on Google for local searches?
Nobody can promise a ranking. We set up structured data, your Google Business Profile and 3 suburb pages (up to 8 on Growth), so Google has a page that matches "personal trainer Bondi".
How much does it cost?
A $499 go-live fee, charged once after you approve your site, then $149 + GST per month on Standard or $199 + GST per month on Growth. Hosting, SSL, support and small changes are included.
Can I publish fitness articles?
Yes. Your site launches with 4 starter articles, and on Growth you get 4 article drafts a month on training, recovery and nutrition basics. You approve each one before it goes up.
