The gaps

The evening a couple decides to get advice.

And the other moments a person ready for advice ends up across someone else's table.

  • The decision made after dinner

A couple decide one evening that it is time to get advice about retirement. The site gives a phone number and office hours, so they plan to ring tomorrow, and tomorrow gets busy.

  • A referral that cooled

An accountant refers a client who is selling a business. They ring while you are in a review meeting and leave a message. By the time you call back, they have met another planner.

  • No number to match

Before they share a super balance, people want to see your AFSL or authorised representative number. If it isn't on a page, they can't match you to the Financial Advisers Register.

  • A profile that could be anyone's

A licensee profile page uses the same layout and wording for every adviser on the network. If that is the only page with your name on it, nothing says who you help or how you work.

What's included

Who you are, who you help, and a time to meet.

A new client checks your licence, meets your advisers on the page, then picks a first meeting.

Book a first meeting
The evening a couple decide, one tap takes them to your Calendly page or the booking tool you already use. The time goes into your own diary.
A call or a quiet note
A call button for people who want to talk, and an enquiry form for people who would rather write first. Spam is screened out before anything reaches your phone.
Your licence details on show
Your AFSL number, or your authorised representative number with your licensee's name and AFSL number, plus qualifications and FAAA membership, with names that match the Financial Advisers Register.
A page for each service
Retirement planning, super, insurance, aged care and estate planning. Each page is general information about the service and what happens at a first meeting, before any SOA.
A profile for each adviser
Each adviser gets a profile on your team page with their photo, qualifications and the kind of clients they advise, so a new client knows who they will meet.
Your warnings, in your wording
Your general advice warning and any wording your licensee needs go on the pages they name. You approve every page, or send it to your licensee first.

FAQ

Questions financial planners ask.

Will the site win me new clients?

It can't promise that, and nor can we: no client numbers, no ranking, no income figure. It gives a couple deciding after dinner a way to check you and book, and every enquiry comes to your phone.

Does the site give financial advice?

No. Pages and articles are general information about your services and what a first meeting involves, written so nobody mistakes them for advice about their own super. Personal advice stays in your meetings and your SOA.

Where do the bookings live?

In your own diary. Book a first meeting opens your Calendly page or the booking tool you already use, which sends its usual confirmation. No booking tool? The button opens your enquiry form and you call them back.

How do you handle disclaimers and general advice warnings?

We add your licence details and the warning wording you or your licensee supply, and write articles as general information. You approve every page before it goes live, and compliance stays with you and your licensee.

What if I want to stop?

Stop whenever you like. There's no lock-in, so a quiet year after the review season doesn't tie you to 12 more months: it runs month to month, and the site keeps running until the paid period is over.

Are the enquiries mine, and is there a fee for each?

They're yours alone, from the accountant's referral to the couple who found you after dinner. We charge no fee per enquiry or per meeting, and you pay one flat monthly price for the plan.

Will my site rank on Google?

Nobody can promise a ranking. We set up what Google reads: structured data, your Google Business Profile, service and suburb pages, and 4 starter articles at launch. On Growth, 4 article drafts arrive every month.

How much does it cost?

A $499 go-live fee, charged once after you approve your site, then $149 + GST per month on Standard or $199 + GST per month on Growth. Hosting, SSL, support and small changes are included.

How quickly can my site be live?

Within 5 business days of you approving the design. If your licensee reviews websites, allow for that before you approve.
